Attendance by non-Board persons at regular Board meetings
It is the policy of the Association that:
i) a member in goodstanding may attend a regular Board meeting after giving advance notice to the President or other member of the Executive. Numbers may have to be limited due to space availability
ii) such members attend as guests and are permitted to comment only at the invitation of the chair.
iii) individual members or small groups may request permission to make a presentation to the Board.
iv) non-members of the Association may attend by Board invitation or with Board approval of a specific request.
V) the minutes prevail as a record of the meeting, not outside reports by guests.
