The association represents the people of the central village of Sechelt.
PURPOSES:
• To serve as a forum for discussion and resolution of issues affecting the quality of life in the Village of Sechelt. These issues to include but not limited to: commercial and residential development, zoning, the environment, parks & recreation, public health and welfare.
• To monitor the District of Sechelt and Sunshine Coast Regional District government for items or issues relating to the welfare of the residents of Sechelt Village.
• To press concerns pertaining to the area represented for the benefit of the residents.
• To maintain and improve the quality of life for the residents
