Sechelt Village

Residents Association
About Our Association
The SVRA dates back to the mid 70's it remained active until recently when the membership declined in numbers and now it's time for a rebirth as the residents do not have a strong enough voice to direct their concerns to the District of Sechelt. The Downtown Business Association has become a strong and positive voice for the business needs of the community and we think the residents need a similar voice to advise and advocate for the people who live in the downtown area. We intend to be present at committee & council meetings and keep abreast of development and other issues as they take place within our boundaries.   We would like to have a positive proactive partnership with the District of Sechelt by working together to arrive at solutions that will be acceptable to the majority of it's residents. When one voice speaks for many, positive results start to appear.
